We strive to deliver between the hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, with the exception of bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year. We deliver nationwide.
Our standard delivery service is within 7 working days, depending on product * this can vary due to stock levels, excessive demand, and adverse weather conditions.
Once your order has been processed and provided we have your contact details, we will email you with your expected delivery date. If your order is direct from a nominated supplier or courier, they will be in contact with you directly to arrange delivery.
Provided we have your details we will email you again to notify you that your order has been dispatched.
* We aim to deliver any product that is either bespoke or handmade within 21 days, but occasionally if treatment is required, or it is complex in design, delivery times may increase. We will advise you of this at time of order.
Occasionally there may be times when you require orders to be split into two or more deliveries. If this is an option please contact our logistics team to discuss whether additional costs will apply.
Equally there may be times when our delivery team needs to part-deliver your order due to the complexity of own logistical dilemmas. You will not be charged for additional drops and again we will advise at this time of this necessity.
IMPORTANT: Please do not book tradesmen until your order has been received and checked by you as we cannot be held responsible for any third party charges whilst waiting.
Our dedicated delivery team work solely for Wooden Supplies. Provided we have your contact details our helpful drivers will call you approximately an hour before your delivery is due. They will deliver your goods to either kerb side, or a driveway entrance, we cannot deliver into, through or to the rear of your property.
If you require special arrangements please talk to our logistic team to discuss any specific requirements prior to delivery as this may incur additional costs.
It is imperative you inform prior to delivery of any potential access issues, loading restrictions, etc. that we need to be aware of to help us with the speedy delivery of your goods.
Should your postcode fall out of range of our 'standard delivery' please call our friendly delivery team for specific delivery costs to your address.
Standard delivery charges are calculated by distance from our site to delivery postcode.

In some instances, special prices are available for large value orders (FOC for over £1000, in selected zones 1-3, blue - green) and small & compact deliveries (i.e post caps) that can be sent by Royal Mail. (applies to standard range areas only).
Please note that we may occasionally need to decline some orders where the product ordered and/or distance from our site means that the delivery logistics are impractical. We will contact you and seek to provide alternative options where possible. If a refund is required, this will be actioned within one working day of the order being cancelled.
If you have opted to collect your order from our store, please wait for one of our sales team to contact you before visiting the shop, just to make sure we have the whole order ready and waiting for you to collect.
