Delivery Information

During the ongoing uncertainty over Coronavirus, please be assured that Wooden Supplies remains open and operational and we are working as hard as possible to serve and support our customers.

We are experiencing high levels of activity and as a result, delivery and collection options have been changed:

We are only taking orders for our click and collect service at this present time.

Click and collect orders can be placed on-line and collected from store, please allow 48 hours after order (subject to stock) 

Collection times: 8.30am - 12.30pm & 2pm - 4pm.

We are fulfilling our existing orders, but there may be delays to our usual delivery times.

You will be informed via email as to the expected delivery dates.

Please be assured that our drivers all work for us and will be temperature monitored daily and our vehicles will be rigorously cleaned daily! 

Delivery Specifics

* We aim to deliver any product that is either bespoke or handmade within 21 days, but occasionally if treatment is required, or it is complex in design, delivery times may increase. We will advise you of this at time of order.

Occasionally there may be times when you require orders to be split into two or more deliveries. If this is an option please contact our logistics team to discuss whether additional costs will apply.

Equally there may be times when our delivery team needs to part-deliver your order due to the complexity of own logistical dilemmas. You will not be charged for additional drops and again we will advise at this time of this necessity.

IMPORTANT: Please do not book tradesmen until your order has been received and checked by you as we cannot be held responsible for any third party charges whilst waiting.

Delivery Day

Our dedicated delivery team work solely for Wooden Supplies. Provided we have your contact details our helpful drivers will call you approximately an hour before your delivery is due. They will deliver your goods to either kerb side, or a driveway entrance, we cannot deliver into, through or to the rear of your property.

If you require special arrangements please talk to our logistic team to discuss any specific requirements prior to delivery as this may incur additional costs.

It is imperative you inform prior to delivery of any potential access issues, loading restrictions, etc. that we need to be aware of to help us with the speedy delivery of your goods.

Delivery Costs

Should your postcode fall out of range of our 'standard delivery' please call our friendly delivery team for specific delivery costs to your address.

Standard delivery charges are calculated by distance from our site to delivery postcode.

Zone charges apply - please refer to UK map for information.

In some instances, special prices are available for large value orders (FOC for over £1000, in selected zones 1-3, blue - green) and small & compact deliveries (i.e post caps) that can be sent by Royal Mail. (applies to standard range areas only).

Please note that we may occasionally need to decline some orders where the product ordered and/or distance from  our site means that the delivery logistics are impractical. We will contact you and seek to provide alternative options where possible. If a refund is required, this will be actioned within one working day of the order being cancelled.

Collection Service

If you have opted to collect your order from our store, please wait for one of our sales team to contact you before visiting the shop, just to make sure we have the whole order ready and waiting for you to collect.
